We are Europe Incorporations, a New York-Paris-based professional services firm specializing in non-resident company creations, accounting, payroll, and human resources SaaS outsourcing, and other professional and personal services such as “golden visas,” trademark registration, customs, and VAT management in France and EU-wide. Our customers are outside of France, globally.

How long we retain your data?
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track the following:

We store general information about you for as long as we need it for the purposes we collect and use it, mainly to communicate with you as your order progresses, for tax and accounting purposes, and for statutory record retention purposes. For example, we will store order information for two years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address, and billing and shipping addresses.
Your data collection by third-party payment processors
When you place an order with us, the checkout and payments process via our WooCommerce gateway, with integrated partners Stripe or PayPal. Some of our customer’s data will be passed to the respective third parties (payment providers Stripe or PayPal), including information required to process or support the payment, such as purchase totals and customer billing information.
Required billing information includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details, and optional account information like username and password (as required).
These integrated payment providers will retain your information in the case of the need to:
- Process payments and prevent fraud.
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints.
- Process refunds
- Comply with national and state obligations, such as calculating taxes.
- Possible to send you marketing messages if you choose to receive them.
